Dr. Adarsh Mehta, DMD, MD

Meet Dr. Mehta:

Dr. Mehta is a skilled, dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon committed to delivering compassionate, state-of-the-art surgical care to the Northeast Ohio community.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Mehta began his academic career at the University of South Florida, where he received his bachelor’s degree and graduated magna cum laude. He then relocated to Boston, Massachusetts to attend the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, earning his dental degree.

Driven by a commitment to surgical excellence, Dr. Mehta completed an intensive one-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. To achieve the highest level of surgical expertise, he subsequently attended medical school, completed a year of general surgery training, and culminated his extensive education by finishing his rigorous OMS residency all at SUNY Buffalo with his final year spent as the chief resident. After completing residency, Dr. Mehta returned to northeast Ohio and join Drs. Clemow and Bartholomew in practice. He also works at Metrohealth Medical Center in Cleveland providing expertise in maxillofacial surgery, and serving as an assistant professor for the OMFS residency at Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Mehta provides specialized care with clinical interests in:

• Corrective jaw surgery
• Dentoalveolar procedures, including dental extractions and dental implant placement
• Outpatient anesthesia
• Maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction
• Benign oral and maxillofacial pathology
• Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction

Outside of the clinic and operating room, Dr. Mehta enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and going on adventures, both locally and abroad, with them.
